If a client believes that a treatment error has occurred, they can submit a reminder to the healthcare provider or a complaint to the authority supervising healthcare. My services are under the supervision of the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland, and complaints can also be submitted to Valvira.
If a dispute regarding a sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the consumer advisory service at the local magistrate.
