Remote therapy
Remote therapy offers flexible and confidential psychotherapeutic support, regardless of time or location.
The work is conducted securely, respecting confidentiality, using carefully selected tools suited for remote sessions that support interaction and clarity.
For many, remote therapy is a smooth and effective option: sessions can take place in a safe environment where everyday challenges are present.
A calm and private space, where you can focus on the work, is essential.
